Through the acquisition of the HSMWorks technology, Autodesk will add software to control machine tools and related machinery to its portfolio of software for manufacturing. Autodesk ( NASDAQ: ADSK) has acquired certain assets of HSMWorks Aps, a developer of computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
